Steps for using the automatic deposit and withdrawal machine
- Verify identity: Transaction makers can verify their identity with their bank account number. ID card number Phone number, debit or credit card
- Select Account Type: Users specify the account they want to deposit or withdraw cash, such as a savings account. or current account along with entering the desired amount
- Insert Cash: The transactionee can insert cash into the CDM machine one at a time or in several at the same time. The machine will automatically scan and count banknotes.
- Show Total Amount: The CDM will display the total amount received for the user to check and confirm.
- Confirm and print receipt: After the depositor confirms the amount. The machine will issue a receipt with details including the deposit amount, account number, and date and time of the transaction. This receipt is evidence of the transaction.
- Update Account Balance: After the deposit is completed, the CDM will immediately update the user's account balance.
